Ingredients
  • 1pound organic baby carrots
  • 2tsp raw organic honey
  • 2tsp chopped fresh rosemary*use 1 tsp dried if you don’t have fresh or use another fresh herb you have on hand such as thyme, sage or tarragon
  • 1tsp fine sea salt
  • 1/2tsp cracked black pepper
  • 1.5Tbsp ghee*or organic grass fed butter
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Chop fresh rosemary {or fresh herb of choice}
  3. Melt ghee {or butter}
  4. Toss all ingredients in a bowl
  5. Line a small baking sheet with parchment paper and arrange carrots in a single layer
  6. Bake for 30-40 minutes or until tender when pierced with a fork
