Ingredients

pound
organic baby carrots
2
tsp
raw organic honey
2
tsp
chopped fresh rosemary
*use 1 tsp dried if you don’t have fresh or use another fresh herb you have on hand such as thyme, sage or tarragon

tsp
fine sea salt
1/2
tsp
cracked black pepper
1.5
Tbsp
ghee
*or organic grass fed butter
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Chop fresh rosemary {or fresh herb of choice}
Melt ghee {or butter}
Toss all ingredients in a bowl
Line a small baking sheet with parchment paper and arrange carrots in a single layer
Bake for 30-40 minutes or until tender when pierced with a fork
